Job Description:
Aramark, a leader in providing top-notch food service,
facilities, and uniform services across various sectors including
education, healthcare, and business, is now looking to expand its
team by hiring a Part Time HR Coordinator. This role is crucial for
supporting the human resources department in a variety of
functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
and administrative duties. The successful candidate will have
dedication to maintaining excellent service standards and a keen
eye for detail, aligning with Aramark's commitment to excellence
and innovation in all aspects of our operations. Assist in the
recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes and job
applications, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding of new
employees by organizing orientation materials and assisting with
administrative tasks. Maintain employee records and documentation
according to policy and legal requirements. Help organize training
sessions and seminars. Perform administrative duties for the HR
department including preparing HR documents, maintaining staff
absence records, and coordinating HR projects. Provide clerical
support to all employees, and answer general HR questions Strong
organizational and administrative skills Excellent verbal and
written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR
software Ability to handle confidential information Strong
interpersonal skills with a customer service approach HR
Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
