Real Estate We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and
goal-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth,
supporting both our internal team and our valued clients. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for generating both buyer and seller
leads, prospecting potential clients, and adding qualified
opportunities to the sales funnel. This is a fantastic opportunity

Compensation: $17 Hourly Bonuses Responsibilities: Qualify inbound
and outbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up,
contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.
Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently to support the sales
pipeline and reduce lead response times. Maintain and update the
CRM database to provide the sales team with accurate, real-time
information on leads and prospects. Track and report on key sales
metrics —daily, monthly, and quarterly—to ensure alignment with
performance targets and company objectives. Conduct follow-ups with
new leads through email, phone, and other communication channels to
nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client
base and support revenue growth initiatives. Qualifications:
Education : High school diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree
preferred Experience : 2 years of experience in sales or a related
customer-facing role Skills : Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Strong interpersonal and time management
abilities Superior customer service skills Ability to thrive in a
collaborative, team-oriented environment while also achieving
independent goals Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the
ability to quickly learn new concepts Solid understanding of the
sales process and familiarity with entering data into client
