In this role, you will directly contribute to the heart of our business growth by advocating for our comprehensive suite of lawn care and landscape solutions. This position combines in-field client consultations, strategizing to meet our sales goals, and building meaningful relationships with new and current customers. With the support of TruGreens proven sales methods and products, this is your chance to grow career roots with a leader in eco-conscious landscaping while benefiting from a competitive base salary alongside the potential for uncapped commissions based on performance. Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions within assigned territories, explaining the features and benefits of our services. Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions that enhance both the aesthetic and health of their landscapes. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, actively contributing to the team targets and broader company objectives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer communications in our CRM system. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge. Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate to close deals effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work independently and self-manage to meet targets Experience with CRM software Negotiation and closing skills Ability to walk through varied terrains as this role involves frequent outdoor travel Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Any sales certification such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) would be a bonus
