Sentara is hiring a CSS Technician I for Sentara Obici Hospital, in Suffolk, Virginia.

SHIFT: Full Time (40 hours per week), Second Shift 3-11p M-F.

*Call required. R otate one weekend (48 hours, Sat and Sun) about every 8-9 weeks and rotate an 8-hour Saturday shift, approx. every 8-9 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HSD/GED required

Prior sanitation/sterilization experience strongly preferred

Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, decontamination, sterilizing, storing, and distributing all instruments handled by Sterile Processing. Assembles and disassembles case carts.

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
