About the Role: The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day
oversight of field crew operations, ensuring that the quality of
work and materials is upheld, and that the budget is followed as

the US, focusing on sustainability efforts, helping our teams build
the solar electrical infrastructure. You'll spend 8-12 months on
average per project, working a rotating schedule so you'll have
long weekends to relax in addition to standard Saturday & Sunday
off. We offer designated weekly subsistence in additional to base
pay to support and help you cover living expenses and relocation
assistance. Essential FunctionsResponsible for the supervision,
scheduling and coordination of all electrical solar field
installation crewsResponsible for training and development of field
crew, foremen, and general foremenBuild and maintain relationships
with the customer, inspectors, and other tradesCoordinate
production with mechanical or electrical and civil trades to ensure
flow and productivity ratesWork closely with foremen and field
crews to ensure all installations meet quality standardsManage
material and personnel requirements necessary to meet the project
schedule and production ratesEnsure all on-site personnel comply
with project procedures as well as safety program requirementsLead
daily Stretch and Bend and associated safety talksRegular and
predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedEssential functions
of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office
or field locationUnderstand and comply with the Company's Code of
Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific
professional and ethical conduct standards About You:
Qualifications15 years or more in the electrical trades, journeyman
electrician level or high is desired5 years or more in a lead role
within the solar industry is requiredJourneyman certification or
equivalentBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil
Engineering or related field preferred; combination of relevant
education and experience considered in lieu of degreeHigh school
diploma or GED is required Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to
manage multiple field crews and projectsMust be able to manage
multiple field installation crewsMust have experience in all
aspects pile, tracker and module installation for utility scale
solar constructionProficient in the development and implementation
of company and contract procedures to include safety, compliance,
and documentation of a projectThorough knowledge of reading and
interpreting plans, specifications, and contract
documentsProficiency with MS Project and MS Suite such as Outlook,
Word, and ExcelAbility to travel and work at remote worksites is
requiredPossess a strong work ethic, good interpersonal and
communication skills, both verbal and written What We Offer:
