Loader-Suffolk

• $16 an hour
• Temp to Hire -
• Shift Available: 1pm-730am -
• Weekly Pay -Ability to go permanent after completion of 480-working hours and good attendance

The Lee Group, an executive search and staffing company, is currently in need of Lumpers for a valued manufacturing company located in Suffolk. - -Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED
  • Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen -
  • Personal Reliable Transportation REQUIRED
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Ability to comply with all Federal, State, Corporate, Warehouse and Food Safety standards, policies, and guidelines (i.e., HACCP, GMP, SQF, FDA, etc.)
  • Unloading coffee bags and setting up bulk receipt station using unloading equipment (assisted lifting device) and/or manual receiving
  • Cleaning, sweeping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the receiving area
  • Continuously monitor quality by checking coffee sacks for defects
  • Continuously monitor equipment to detect issues
