This manufacturer has grown at a rate of knots since their founding to become a global leader in the product they supply. They have continued to grow in recent years, acquiring further businesses, but still maintaining the quality values and staff relations that allowed them to become so successful in the first place. They are now looking to bring an additional Reliability Supervisor into their close-knit team, allowing someone the chance to make huge onsite improvements.

In this role, you will be leading a small team of between 4-6 multiskilled engineers on reliability and maintenance tasks. Your primary function will be to use your experience to minimise machine downtime. As well as getting hands on every now and again, you will play a key role in any project management of new equipment and help implement LEAN and process improvement strategies. The company are flexible on skillset, so electrical or mechanical bias engineers with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
