Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Service Specialist -
Lending.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with loan applications and provide updates on
application status
Process loan applications and maintain accurate documentation for
various lending programs
Cross-sell additional products and services to enhance customer
relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
1-4 years of customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
suite
Sales or lending experience is a plus
Familiarity with financial reports is preferred
