Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Researcher to lead
complex research efforts and shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct research (surveys, interviews, usability
testing, concept validation) to uncover user needs and improve
experience
Translate findings into actionable insights and advocate for
user-centered design
Present research to cross-functional teams and influence product
decisions
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in enterprise
products
Strong portfolio showcasing research impact
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods
Proficient in usability principles, desktop/mobile UX, and
data-heavy systems
Bachelor's in Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, or related field
