Automotive Accounts Payable ClerkOur company has an outstanding opportunity for results-focused, highly driven and experienced individuals. Our dealership is currently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk, we want to talk to you! Prior accounts payable experience is preferred for consideration of this position. Minimum of 2 years experience required for consideration of this position. Job Description:Verify and enter all payables/invoicesPerforms cash receipts, deposits, and A/R functionsCoordinate and prepare reconciliations for all accountsAutomate all possible systems and establish controlsMaintain and post monthly entriesWork with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasksAssist with reconciliation of all accounts prior to month endAssist in completion of annual reviews and auditsComplete end-of-month accounting reports as assignedAdheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standardsBenefitsCompensation is based on experienceGreat benefitsMinimum of 2 years' accounts payable experience (dealership setting preferred) Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner Excellent communication skills Working knowledge of accounting office positions Professional appearance
