Joint Air Power Subject Matter Expert, SeniorKey Role:Support future Joint Force development and design in developing military capabilities for multiple geographic and functional combatant commands and coalition partners. Provide functional air domain, air power, and regional expertise for development of future joint concepts. Develop future concepts for the employment of air power in concert with all other domains and services.Apply advanced consulting skills and technical air expertise to develop Joint Warfighting Concepts and associated supporting documents. Bring in-depth expertise in air domain, air power capabilities, and doctrine to future concepts.Develop innovative solutions to complex problems that align with and support national defense and military strategy.Basic Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience with Air Operations
• 3+ years of experience integrating air power into joint and multidomain operations
• 2+ years of experience with concept development processes
• Experience in an Air Operations Center
• Knowledge of Air Force future concepts and capabilities
• Knowledge of tactical, operational, and campaign level analysis
• Ability to write and communicate at the executive level
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Joint Force Development and Design activities
  • Knowledge of National Security Policy
  • Knowledge of Joint All Domain Command and Control Concepts and Advanced Battle Management Systems
  • Knowledge of command relationships and interorganizational cooperation, including multi-national, interagency, and non-governmental agency coordination
  • Ability to develop future concepts for the employment of air power in concert with all other domains
  • Ability to effectively interpret the intent of a client's needs and help shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
  • Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
