Joint Concept Development Pacific Subject Matter ExpertKey Role:Support Future Joint Force Development in developing military capabilities for multiple combatant commands and coalition clients. Provide functional, domain, and regional expertise for the development of future joint concepts. Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise to develop the Joint Warfighting Concept and associated supporting documents. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise of DoD Joint Operational Planning, Pacific Theater Operations, and Joint Concept Development. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems that align with and support the National Defense Strategy and National Military Strategy.Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with military operations
• 4+ years of experience with Joint Concept development
• Experience with Pacific Theater Operations
• Experience with a Combatant Command or senior Service Staff
• Knowledge of DoD Joint Operational Planning process
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Joint Force Development and Design activities preferred
  • Knowledge of command relationships and interorganizational cooperation, including multi-national, interagency, and non-governmental agency coordination
  • Knowledge of National Security Policy
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
  • Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education Phase II Certification
