PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as SIGINT EMCON Sr. Analyst for the JEEP QRT project designed to develop and test a SIGINT detection matrix for use by tactical level units for OPSEC considerations. Test must scope various SIGINT capabilities and provide emitter operating considerations for use by deployed tactical units. The JEEP SIGINT EMCON Sr. Analyst will advise and assist the JEEP Test Director and JEEP PM in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the JEEP task order contract award. The JEEP QRT SIGINT EMCON Sr. Analyst will assist the PM with the Task Order (TO) Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), development of the project plan, test planning, TTP development effort, test reports, conduct of the Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs), TTP writing groups, Risk Reduction Events (RREs), Field Test events, test analysis and evaluations, test product transitions, and final out briefings of findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership. This project will determine which emitters are detectable, and measure parameters critical for assessing US systems as surrogates for adversary systems to inform doctrine and TTP development. TTP will address Low Probability of Intercept/Low Probability of Detection (LPI/LPD) and indication of vulnerability of various emitters to detection. The SIGINT EMCON Sr. Analyst will serve as a lead member of a diverse team consisting of test planners, Operations Research & Systems Analyst (ORSA), TTP test article developers, and other SIGINT EMCON detection subject matter analysts.

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* No less than 5 years' SIGINT EMCON experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
* Candidate must possess a current TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility
DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience in SIGINT, EW emissions detection management for LPI/LPD planning techniques and processes
* Prior experience serving at Naval Information Warfare Development Center (NIWDC) and/or PACAF/PACFLEET
* Prior experience developing joint or Service level doctrine, CONOPS, or TTP
* Prior experience of RF emissions and detection for multiple devices
* Spectrum Management
