Your OpportunityThe IT Delivery Manager - Supply Chain Planning manages client relationships and all aspects of technology delivery and support for business partners, including overall responsibility for IT delivery and value realization. This position partners with the business for innovative opportunities, solution evaluations and confirms solution requirements. Leads end to end solution delivery within time and budget constraints. This position works closely with their assigned business teams for planning, delivery, and sustainment of deployed solutions. Key capabilities will be the ability to work with/influence senior leaders, manage budgets and deliver on projects. The IT Delivery Manager has independent decision-making authority for small - mid projects and will coordinate with his/her manager for large projects and presentation with C-Suite executive leadership. Salary Range $94,000 - $138,050 Core Responsibilities
Business relationship linkage between the business units and IT across all levels of the organization with a focus on executives
Owns and communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects, and initiatives.
Proactively shares knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
Focuses on strategic initiatives and plans, proactive, anticipatory, and driving in nature and provides significant value to business units.
Manage and maximize business relationships and projects across teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers.
Owns business collaboration and defining the strategy for integrating/combining systems by providing a technology perspective, influencing, and ensuring alignment of IT strategy with business strategy within the sub-function or region.
Manages a team focused on technology and business process innovation in designated functional area(s) to enable front line competitive position and manages a portfolio of services to address business needs.
Oversees business analysts' research/analysis on potential solutions to anticipate the business needs and communicates solution recommendations that support business requirements to business partners.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a position of leadership to include team development and management or managing processes and projects, required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT project leadership role with specific emphasis on IT governance functions and working with in a PMO framework, required.
Supply chain planning processes and principles preferred
Supply chain planning software experience preferred
Anaplan and/or Quintiq experience preferred
Working experience and knowledge of SAP projects, preferred
Ability to lead and manage under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty. Proven organizational skills in working across organizational boundaries and reporting lines
Ability to work in a matrix environment as required.
Demonstrated discipline, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize IT projects according to business benefit.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers and executive leadership.
Strong leadership and management skills, including facilitating change, driving operational excellence, and striving for continuous improvement.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Management responsibility for business analyst(s) assigned to the functional area
Provides leadership and guidance to employees within IT.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and assisting in providing appropriate resolutions.
