Job Description Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist (Full-Time) Location: Williamsburg, VA Clinic Type: Outpatient Private Practice About Us: Comber Physical Therapy has served the Williamsburg community for 21 years, specializing in orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health rehab with a strong manual therapy focus. Open Roles: 2 Orthopedic-focused PTs 1 PT with Pelvic Health & Orthopedic experience Compensation & Perks: Salary: $80K–$105K (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 PTO, Paid Holidays, Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with 4% match, CEU support, Loan Repayment Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 7 AM–6:30 PM | Fri: 7 AM–5 PM No weekends or on-call Ideal Candidate: Comfortable seeing 12–14 patients/day Strong documentation habits Manual therapy and pelvic health experience preferred New grads welcome!
