Job Description:

Manage all aspects of volunteer recruitment activities
Essential Functions
Accountable for subject recruitment
Ensure all appropriate subject/patient recruitment strategies are in place at the beginning of the study to maximize subject/patient recruitment opportunities to deliver according to contract
Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project proactively to all stakeholders internally and externally as required
May perform community outreach
Development of recruitment and advertising plans and documents
Assess assigned studies for potential risks and perform risk mitigation.
Assess and implement new recruitment and advertising strategies
Track the effectiveness of the recruitment plans and amend/update as needed
May supervise /line manage team members phone screeners
Participate in quality and process improvement efforts to support the culture towards a high-performing and efficient team. Identify lessons learned and implement best practices.
Ensure studies are delivered per agreed upon timelines
Manage the projects to achieve "right subjects" and "right data" to meet our contractual requirements.
Work with vendors used to support subject recruitment.
May determine subject eligibility
May track subject payments, review and approve invoices
May support IRB submissions of recruitment materials
Communication with the sponsor and study teams
