Job Description:
TransForce, a leader in staffing and compliance solutions for
the transportation industry, is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver
to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates who are
committed to safety, customer service, and have a strong work
ethic. As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for
ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to predetermined
customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery,
loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional service to
our clients. This role is crucial in maintaining the trust and
efficiency that TransForce is known for in the transportation and
shipping industry. Safely operate a vehicle to transport goods and
materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles and confirm
inventory matches delivery requirements. Follow proper handling and
transportation procedures for various goods and materials. Adhere
to company operating policies and procedures as well as compliance
with traffic and transportation laws. Provide excellent customer
service, resolving customer issues as needed, and maintain accurate
travel and cargo records. Regularly communicate with dispatch and
management regarding deliveries, schedule changes, and potential
service disruptions. Maintain the cleanliness and proper working
order of company vehicle and equipment. Strong time management and
customer service skills. Ability to operate a vehicle and other
equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent verbal communication
skills. Basic problem-solving and organizational skills. Medical

Must hold a valid driver’s license; DOT medical card is a plus but
