experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This travel nursing
opportunity seeks experienced Registered Nurses skilled in Stepdown
and Cardiac Stepdown care. You will provide specialized nursing
care to patients requiring close monitoring following critical
cardiac events or complex medical conditions. Your expertise
ensures patient safety and supports recovery in a fast-paced
clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to patients in a cardiac stepdown or similar unit
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status,
recognizing and responding to changes promptly Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocols and
safety guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
including physicians, therapists, and other nurses to optimize
patient outcomes Educate patients and families about care plans and
discharge instructions Document all care activities accurately and
timely in patient records Qualifications: Must hold a current RN
license with experience in stepdown or cardiac stepdown nursing
Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with cardiac
monitoring equipment Ability to prioritize care in a dynamic, acute
care setting Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
