Smithfield Requirements *MUST PICK UP 4 SHIFTS A MONTH - NO
EXCEPTIONS. Please have a conversation with all clns that this is a
must and they will be removed if they do not hit 4 shifts per
month. - 2 years' experience required - BLS and NIHSS required - VA
License required - 2 references required from within the last year
- Epic Exp Preferred -ACLS Orientation Details - Monday 1000-1400
Tuesday 0830-2030 Shift Detail - Days 0700-1930 Additional Details
- EPIC iCare -1:6 - . Scrubs - Separation from staff to per
diem/travel – 6-months - Flu vaccine required or a
medical/religious exemption. Shift: Day 1x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
