We offer Psychiatrists: Sign-on bonus Annual cash bonus up $75,000 Monthly stipend for PMHNP collaboration Flexible schedules, full-time & part-time W-2 positions. Strong work-life balance. Out-patient practice. n o nights, no hospital call, no weekends. Generous 'above market' compensation unlimited/uncapped earnings. Multidisciplinary team, collegial work environment. Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers. Full administrative support, handles all scheduling & billing. Latest in digital technology. 100% malpractice insurance coverage. Full benefits package: medical insurance/vision/dental/life/disability/401k (4 %match). Annual income potential: $250,000 to $345,000 Psychiatrists are a critical part of our Clinical Team. We’re seeking: MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC) Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA. Experienced with both medication management as well as therapy. Must reside in Virginia.
