development across 35 locations. As a Sharps Technician Lead, you
will oversee on-site placement, collection, and maintenance of
reusable sharps and medical waste containers while ensuring
compliance, efficient service delivery, and exceptional customer
service. You will also lead onboarding and training for new hires,
support problem-solving initiatives, and assist with service
schedule management. This role includes paid training,

within a mission-driven industry. Key Responsibilities Lead,
mentor, and train Sharps Technicians on safe handling,
installation, and collection of sharps containers. Onboard new
hires and provide guidance on service schedules, customer service,
and safety protocols. Install, service, and remove sharps and
medical waste containers. Ensure compliance with all operational,
regulatory, and facility procedures. Maintain consistent service
schedules and provide status updates. Build strong customer
relationships and resolve service issues proactively. Troubleshoot
and solve operational or service-related problems independently.
Conduct service schedule training and optimize team workflow.
Travel overnight as needed to support multiple facilities. Document
activities and maintain accurate records. Perform other duties as
assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in a
healthcare or technical setting. Proven problem-solving abilities
and ability to think independently. Experience with installation
and servicing of sharps containers or similar equipment. Ability to
train, mentor, and onboard new hires. Proficiency with Microsoft
Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation;
ability to travel overnight as needed. Flexibility to work outside
normal business hours. Professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity
in patient-care environments. COVID-19 vaccination preferred. Why
