Responsibilities: Conduct thorough state inspections on vehicles to
ensure compliance with Virginia regulations. Diagnose and identify
potential issues that may affect vehicle safety and performance.
Provide clear and accurate inspection reports to customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state inspection regulations and
procedures. Communicate effectively with customers regarding
inspection findings and recommendations. Assist in training and
mentoring new team members on inspection processes. Ensure a clean
and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and
operational goals. Requirements: Valid Virginia State Inspector
License is required. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive
experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
safety standards. Excellent communication and customer service
skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong
problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work
