for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our
team of mental health professionals. In this vital role, you will
provide therapeutic services to clients struggling with various
emotional and psychological challenges. You will conduct thorough
assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and implement
evidence-based therapies tailored to individual client needs.
Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with
other health care providers to ensure a holistic approach to each
client’s care. If you are passionate about helping others and
committed to improving mental health outcomes in your community, we
would love to hear from you. Requirements Master's degree in Social
Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active licensure as a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). At least 2 years of
post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic interventions and
treatment planning. Exceptional interpersonal and communication
skills, with a focus on client rapport. Able to work effectively as
part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to ethical
