Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Emporia, VA
Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for
details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Practice Setting:
Primary Care practice with rotating specialties Schedule: 3
eight-hour shifts per week ? Patient Volume: Average 20 patients
per day Coverage Details: No in-house physicians currently Possible
virtual coverage by other Internal Medicine physicians No mid-level
providers No responsibility for supervising other healthcare
providers No in-house code response or ED backup required Facility
Highlights: 6 exam rooms On-site lab, point-of-care testing, and
phlebotomy Documentation system: Epic Emergency supplies available:
Defibrillator, airway management equipment ? Patient Population:
Adults, pediatrics, newborns, and geriatrics Required Procedures:
Adult outpatient care (no ICU/CCU) Newborn care (>2000 gms),
general pediatric outpatient care Pelvic exams and Pap smears
(helpful but not required) Minor surgical procedures such as
suturing and incision & drainage Uncomplicated adult psychiatric
care (behavioral health provider on site) Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible ? Active VA license required at
time of submission ? BLS certification ?
