Job Description:

skilled Medical Manager to oversee the operations of our clinics.
As a pivotal part of our team, the Medical Manager will ensure the
effective management of our medical programs, enhancing our
capacity to deliver exceptional care that meets the needs of our
community. This role entails strategic planning, oversight of
clinical functions, adherence to regulations, and collaboration
with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and improve patient
outcomes. The successful candidate will be a key player in
executing our mission to transform care for seniors, making a
meaningful impact on the lives we touch. Oversee day-to-day
clinical operations and manage health professionals within the
clinic. Implement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory
standards and enhance patient care. Monitor and evaluate treatment
results, adapting strategies to improve health outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, execute, and
assess wellness programs. Ensure efficient budget management and
resource allocation for optimum clinic operation. Maintain
compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Provide training and support to staff, promoting continuous
professional development. Strong leadership and organizational
skills Expertise in healthcare regulation and policy Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage
budgets and financials Critical thinking and problem-solving
