Secretary o Night Shift 1 Clinical Coordinator or Charge Nurse, 4
RNS, 2-3 PCTs, 1 Unit Secretary (until 11p) Patient Ratios 6:1 Type
of equipment Standard Nursing equipment, BiPAP (Stable), Mid/Flow,
PD, Heparin Gtts, Phillips Cardiac Monitors EMR Meditech 6.0
Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have:
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the
role. Willing to work weekends as assigned Ability to work with
admission/discharge high turnover daily. No history of attendance
concerns Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills
will be considered first. Positive outgoing attitude Good
understanding of HCAHP importance List typical procedures performed
on unit(s): Mainly Cardio-pulmonary , but can receive any general
medical patients Ability to monitor all for cardiac needs we do not
typically treat arrhythmias. Can receive stable Covid19 Patients

CERTIFICATIONS: Only BLS To be clear ACLS is NOT REQUIRED Floating
Area(s): Any similar level of care (med surg), or potentially
stepdown with a med surg assignment. Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire
Navy Scrubs, Any shoe as long as closed toe and heel. Unit
Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and
guidelines. No specifics. Weekends and On call (if any): Every
other weekend and major holidays. No call. Visible and involved
leadership on all shifts from Director, Manager, and CCs on the
unit and great off shift support from the Nursing Supervisor Great
teamwork across all shifts and throughout the whole team Nurses
with varying experiencesfrom 20 years to new graduates
