BelleHarbour Ambulatory Surgery Center is hiring a Direct Care RN
II for a full-time, day shift in Suffolk, VA! This role requires
experience with circulator roles in an operating room or completion
of a PeriOp 101 program. Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday. Variable
scheduling: will be either five 8-hour or four 9-hour days within
operating hours of the facility based on unit need. Operating hours
are primarily Monday to Friday from 530am to 6pm. Variations may
occur due to business need or patient care requirement. No Nights,
Weekends, Call, or Major Holidays! Sign on bonus up to $15,000
available for qualified candidates! The Ambulatory Surgery Center
at BelleHarbour offers high-quality care within a collaborative
environment that includes registered nurses, surgical techs,
sterile services, and support staff, all overseen by a highly
trained and experienced management team. The center features
dedicated admit recovery and 6 bed post-anesthesia care unit (PACU)
services. The center is expanding services and currently has one
dedicated OR with expectations of a second OR in the coming months.
The facility provides a range of surgical services, including
orthopedic procedures, as well as gynecology, plastics, ENT,
urology, General, and Podiatry. The center sees between 3 and 8
procedures per day. Staff will be expected to float to Sentara
Obici Hospital Surgical Services to support operating room staffing

succeed! The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to perform a
competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical
thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of
practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning,
implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion
and evaluation) along with the standards of professional
performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication,
collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice
/nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and
environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of
professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and
skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Education - Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) -
Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure - Registered nursing License (Required) -
ACLS required within 1 year of hire. - PALS within 1 year of hire.
- BLS required within 90 days of hire Experience - Circulator
experience in an OR required. - Candidates who have completed a
PeriOp 101 program preferred. - 1 year of experience in Acute
Nursing Care required. - Candidates who have previous Operating
Room Experience - Manages complex cases in fast-paced environments
