Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Profession: Clinical Social Worker Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient psychiatric/substance abuse or similar experience License: Virginia License Certifications: Master’s Degree Must-Have: - Flexibility to work with all diagnoses. Description: The position includes a mix of voluntary admissions and committed cases, approximately 40% voluntary and 60% committed. It serves an adult population with varying levels of mental health needs. There are three levels of care: Level 100 focuses on depression and suicide, Level 200 addresses severe mental illness, and Level 300 consists of a mix of both. Additionally, there is a small detox unit. Candidates must have experience working in a behavioral health setting and be able to adapt to different patient needs. The documentation will be managed in an electronic health record system.
