Join our team and experience first-hand how VitalCore Health Strategies promotes a positive work environment that is based on respect and appreciation of the hard work and dedication of our staff.*LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT POSITION SUMMARY*The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist the Physical Therapist in providing Physical Therapy services to patients in a correctional environment implementing the exercise program outlined by the Physical Therapist, progression of exercise using available equipment, use of modalities, use of manual techniques where needed, and functional activities.*GENEROUS BENEFITS PACKAGE:*Holiday Pay: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day*LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** Relating treatment to documented goals.* Assessing the patient response to treatment and adjusting exercises and other treatments accordingly.* Identifying any change in patient condition and notifying the Physical Therapist of need for reassessment, if not time for regular reassessment.
