- Nursing: 1 year (Required)- No New Grads
- BLS Certification (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required within 90 days)
- RN (Required) Full Job Description CVP Surgery Center- a
partner practice of CVP is a single specialty ophthalmology only
ambulatory surgery center, and we are looking for a Preop/PACU RN.
Our ASC is looking for a talented Nurse who is able to prioritize
tasks and have flexibility as priorities changes. The Nurse should
demonstrate a positive attitude and follow AORN and APIC standards
while functioning as a team member. We provide a collaborative and
friendly work environment, with opportunities for nursing growth
and training in Infection Control, QI/QA and leadership
opportunities. We looking for team players who are detail
orientated, compassionate and enjoy direct patient care, and thrive
in a fast-paced environment. We believe in a strong culture of team
work and work life balance, no ophthalmology experience needed.
- Week Day Shifts; 0600/0630 start time
- 4 operating rooms and one procedural room
- Ophthalmology Only
- NO call is required/ No holidays or weekends
- Competitive pay Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) associate
degree required /BSN preferred
- Current unrestricted Virginia or Compact Registered Nurse (RN)
license.
- One-year of ER, ICU,OR PACU, or OR experience preferred.
- No New grads.
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification desired or must obtain within 90 days of
hire
- Must have reliable transportation. Job Type: Full-time
