WORK/LIFE BALANCE AT BON SECOURS SUFFOLK PRIMARY CARE - FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS- WE'RE HIRING! Suffolk Primary Care is a friendly family medicine practice located conveniently off Virgina Route 58 and adjacent to Obici Hospital off Godwin Blvd. We are a close knit team of 2 MDs and 1 NP, plus an experienced team of LPNs and Patient Service Representatives. This practice is beautiful and modern, with a soothing color palette and spacious patient-care areas. Hampton Roads is rapidly growing in this area, and patients need primary care providers.

• Practice is accepting CV's from Family Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 3 years practice experience in an outpatient primary care setting
• $5,000 relocation allowance - if over 50 radius miles
• Highly competitive compensation with productivity and quality bonus plan
• Robust benefit package, 32 days Paid Time Off plus CME allowance
• Can work 5-8's or 4-10's M-F- No weekends
• 1 CMA for each provider, plus additional experienced, professional support team
• Call coverage: 1 week day and 1 weekend per month average - low volume
• Average patients per day 15-22 after ramp-up period
• 20% peds, 40% adult, 40% geriatric patient panel
• Minor in-office procedures
• Lab draws, x rays on site, point of care testing
• Virtual Health through MyChart and Doxy.me
• EPIC Electronic Health Records
