Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Electrical Estimator / Project Manager--who will develop and utilize takeoff in pricing materials and labor in order to provide accurate job bids for projects throughout the company. The--Electrical Estimator / Project Manager--will also follow up on bid projects and provide interaction with clients, as appropriate; while managing current electrical projects.-- --Typical projects include commercial, government, hospital, medical, religious, education, sports facilities, and retail. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years experience estimating commercial construction projects. Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blue models. Understanding of complex electrical systems and how to price and schedule them. Background in low-voltage systems a plus. Accubid experience a plus. Must be accurate, possess attention to detail and be proactive in pointing out potential issues. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction related degree preferred.
