A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Corporate
Finance and Investor Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership on financing plans and support
transactions
Collaborate with senior management to drive corporate strategy and
identify investment opportunities
Lead and execute an Investor Relations strategy to communicate
company performance and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
Advanced scientific degree preferred; MBA is a plus
15+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical
industry
Proven track record in structuring and negotiating strategic
transactions
Established network within the pharmaceutical and biotech
industries
Experience in investor relations and strategic initiatives within
the sector
