You will help maintain a supportive, healing environment for patients, families, and staff, and will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and respect.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day nursing operations within the NICU* Ensure appropriate staffing levels and clinical competency across all shifts* Promote an environment that supports healing, inclusivity, and collaboration* Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members* Manage resources, supplies, and departmental logistics effectively* Monitor clinic activities and support performance improvement initiativesIf you are passionate about neonatal care and leading a high-performing team in a state-of-the-art facility, we invite you to apply and grow with us.Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire:Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibleLicensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment:Current RN Licensure in Virginia AHA BLS Certification or equivalentExperience REQUIRED:5 years of relevant clinical experience with 2 of those years of progressive leadership and/or supervisory/management experienceExperience PREFERRED:Experience in academic medical center environmentEducation/training REQUIRED:Bachelors degree in nursing.
