The Omnicommerce Senior Manager will report into our Senior Director, Commerce & Integration. This position is responsible for leading & managing annual omnichannel plans that deliver against brand objectives & business needs. Focus retail accounts are across the Northeast and will oversee the Omnicommerce Manager from the Southeast region as well. This person will drive the integrated relationship with our sales & trade teams, as well as retail partners.

$104,000 - $152,350













Core Responsibilities









  • Lead and implement the Omnicommerce team in collaboration with the Sr. Director of Commerce and Integration.
  • Work collaboratively with Vice Presidents across internal sales & trade teams and brand & business management teams as well as retail partners and agency counterparts to develop fully integrated shopper/ecommerce marketing plans against business objectives.
  • Ensure all plans & tactics will deliver on expected measurement, meet program objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage key leadership relationships across the East with main focus in the Northeast.
  • Manage a close relationship with agency executional arm to ensure error-free work.
  • Responsible for annual budget tracking, contract, and invoice management The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.     Qualifications

    • Bachelors' Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field and 8+ years relevant marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
    • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership is required.
    • Strategic thinking with exceptional critical thinking, problem solving skills.
    • Data forward mindset.
    • Expertise in the Retail Media Network space, and the passion to work closely with RMN partners to optimize programming, commitments, and overall success.
    • Expertise in digital marketing/ecommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile and social, with an understanding of the digital shelf and retailer search.
    • Strong understanding of all East retail accounts, capabilities, commerce strategy, and hot buttons.
    • Self-starter with a passion for executing with excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable, resilient, and resourceful.
    • Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to convert fact-based shopper data and qualitative data to actionable insights that inform key business decisions and support program sell-in.
    • Outstanding communication (written & oral) and presentation skills
    • Solution oriented with the ability to find creative solutions and can think innovatively
    • Ability to influence and build relationships while managing multiple agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
    • Proficiency in coupon management and knowledge of key vehicles/technologies
    • Knowledge of syndicated data sources including IRI, Nielsen, and Numerator.
    • May travel up to 20%

      • Responsible for leadership and guidance of the Category Development team.
      • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
      • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
