DroneUp is seeking an experienced Business Systems leader to drive our digital technology strategy across the organization. This exciting role is part business analysis, solution design, project management, service delivery and relationship management, and is responsible for leading the design, configuration, integration, testing, implementation, and enablement of enterprise business systems. This role is also responsible for optimizing business processes and transforming ways of working through the introduction and adoption of digital technology.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Drive initiatives and outcomes that have the greatest impact on our company, and our business users' digital experience
  
• Provide solution leadership across multiple concurrent cross functional projects and delivery teams
  
• Lead business analysis, process improvement, optimization, and digital transformation across the enterprise
  
• Partner with key business stakeholders and business user teams to provide trusted advisor thought leadership, drive collaboration, and accomplish design, configuration, integration, development, implementation, and support for enterprise business systems, tools, and enablement
  
• Research and introduce best or alternate practices and/or technical solutions to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the business
  
• Be an evangelist for change and adoption of new practices and technology
  
• Lead, coach, and manage teams to achieve successful outcomes, and encourage individuals to grow professionally
  
• Continually explore new innovation and research emerging technology
  
• Provide excellent customer service through trusted relationships and communication
  
• Coordinate retrospectives and lead continual improvement activities with cross functional teams
  
• Establish and track metrics to measure quality against desired outcomes for improvement opportunities

  Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience
    
  • Demonstrated experience managing, building, empowering, and leading teams
    
  • Extensive experience leading change or transformation initiatives and process optimization in an Agile operating model
    
  • Ability to work fluidly with several technical disciplines, including program management, configuration, development, test, operations, and support
    
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including executive leadership
    
  • Excellent analytical skills, and ability to use data to drive solutioning and decision making
    
  • Continuous improvement mindset that drives operational excellence, quality, and transformation
    
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically at all levels of the organization providing direction and guidance
    
  • Strong working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification, Six Sigma (CSSGB/BB) Certification preferred
    
  • Deep expertise utilizing and building quality and scalable solutions for business systems, including the Atlassian Stack; Experience with one or more of the following platforms preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho One Apps, Paylocity, Workable, Process Street (BPM), Make, Guru, Slack, Jama, Atlassian Products - Confluence, JIRA, Plans, Zephyr, JIRA Service Management, Tempo
