AERMOR is seeking qualified candidates to provide Naval and Joint
operational commanders with combat ready Information Warfare forces
to execute missions in support of U.S. interests worldwide by
implementing common standards, governance, operational processes
and procedures, technology and tools. - The subcontractor shall
support modernization, integration, transition, readiness, and
sustainment efforts for the NAVIFOR C5I Information Environment,
including Next Generation Enterprise Network - Recompete
(NGEN-R)/Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI), OCONUS Naval Enterprise
Network (ONE-Net), legacy networks, Intelligence Community (IC) and
Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) networks, and Piers in
support of National Command Authority tasking, Naval Networking
Environment (NNE), Unified Capabilities (UC), Joint Information
Environment (JIE), and/or higher DON/DOD operational directives. -

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform analysis and provide recommendations on the current
state of people, process, and technology assessments and target
state development support for the Information Environment
modernization efforts. -
- Support the operational planning and management for the Navy
Piers Program of Record (POR) for Continental United States (CONUS)
and OCONUS sites, in accordance with established Memorandum of
Agreements (MOAs). Perform requirements capture, Integrated Product
Team (IPT) support, fielding plan support, and Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) support activities.
Provide programmatic support associated with the fielding of a
Piers Suitcase capability which provides an interim solution for
increased bandwidth to ships and submarines while in port and
bridges the gap between Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) and
Enterprise Pier Connectivity Architecture (EPCA) variants. Support
NGEN-R activities as it relates to piers IT connectivity. Assist
with program sustainment activities for the High-Speed Piers
Suitcase to include briefings, strategic communications, integrated
logistics support, and In-Service Engineering Activity. Provide
Information Warfare Type Commander (TYCOM) support to the Naval C5I
Modernization Conference (NCMC) for Piers' modernization and
integration activities.
- Assist with Deployable Mission Support System (DMSS) program
reviews, analyses, presentations, evaluations, reports,
recommendations, system deployment methodology and documentation to
support project cost, schedule, and performance requirements or
related activities.
- Conduct reviews, evaluate system capabilities, and proposed
integration activities to ensure cyber mission readiness and
operational support requirements are fit for purpose and are in
alignment with US Cyber Command objectives.
- Provide operational and technical support to inform current and
future systems capabilities in support of DMSS.
- Support coordination for legacy network transitioning to IT
modernization efforts to include impact assessments, operational
planning groups, NGEN-R activities and transition planning and
strategic initiatives. -
- Conduct implementation and operational analysis to include
alignment to architecture and overarching policy, business, and
mission constructs to advance information exchange.
- Develop operational and business case analysis to include
mission impact and associated risks for Information governance and
IT efficiency initiatives.
- Support working groups, integration working groups, and
Technical Exchange Meetings and other ad hoc meetings. -
- Provide operational expertise to review and report on
acquisition documentation for the various project areas for future
acquisition planning. Support government leads with operational
requirements activities in support of Program Objective Memorandum
(POM) and Integrated Prioritized Capability List (IPCL).
- Identify, capture, and prioritize capability improvement
opportunities
- Perform requirements analysis for operational and technical
capabilities using various industry and government frameworks.
- Assist with managing and maintaining Knowledge Management
portal for departmental project areas. -Requires Skills and
Experience:
