Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a focus on mechanical tasks. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and involves working on equipment such as presses, die cutting machines, rollers, conveyors, and boilers. Responsibilities Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance with an emphasis on mechanical tasks. Troubleshoot and repair equipment including presses, die cutting machines, rollers, conveyors, and boilers. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Work independently on a 3rd shift schedule from 7PM to 7AM, following a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off pattern. Essential Skills Strong troubleshooting skills Experience in mechanical maintenance Experience in electrical maintenance Experience with roller and conveyor maintenance Understanding of schematics and blueprints Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, specifically Allen-Bradley systems Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with presses, die cutting, rollers, conveyors, and boilers Ability to perform preventative maintenance Why Work Here? Work Environment The position is for the 3rd shift, operating from 7PM to 7AM with a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off.
