We're currently hiring a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Locally owned and operated - you're not just a number here Company-provided vehicle with gas card Small, supportive team where your work truly matters Paid holidays and paid time off to rest and recharge Medical, dental, and vision benefits - 50% employer-paid Ongoing training and support for certifications, licensing, and professional development Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and controls Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to optimize performance and efficiency Replace faulty components and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and local codes Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding system issues and solutions Complete detailed service reports and documentation after each job Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tools Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and quality work What We're Looking For 3 years of residential HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification required Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including electrical troubleshooting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Desired Qualifications NATE Certification, a plus OSHA or other safety certifications, a plus Ready to join a team that values your hard work?
