Chemical Cleaning Supervisor / Project Supervisor Job Summary Experienced Chemical Cleaning Supervisor with strong leadership skills and a solid engineering and mechanical background. Proven ability to lead field teams, manage shipboard and industrial chemical cleaning operations, and serve as the primary customer-facing representative. Highly adaptable, safety-focused, and willing to travel extensively to support project needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute chemical cleaning operations for naval vessels, ship systems, and industrial equipment Lead, train, and manage field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant job execution Apply in-depth knowledge of Navy ship systems, piping, tanks, and mechanical components Interpret engineering drawings, PIDs, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute cleaning processes Coordinate with engineering, safety, and project management teams to meet operational requirements Communicate directly with customers, shipyard personnel, and government representatives Attend project meetings, safety briefings, and planning sessions as required Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Perform hands-on work as needed, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating tools and equipment Travel to various job sites and shipyards as required by project scope Qualifications Skills Supervisory experience in chemical cleaning, industrial services, or shipyard operations Strong understanding of Navy ships, shipboard systems, and engineering fundamentals Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and manage job performance Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams (preferred) Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the company professionally Willingness and ability to travel frequently Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in industrial/shipyard environments Preferred Experience Prior military, Navy, or shipyard experience Engineering or technical background Experience working in confined spaces, shipboard environments, and industrial facilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00- $27.00 Per hour $110 Perdiem NON LOCAL ONLY $$$ HIRE BONUS$$$ Ameri-Force Benefits As part of the Ameri-Force team, a recognized ESOP company, you have a personal stake in the collective success of the organization, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
