Description The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up,
making program adjustments, operating, and monitoring the quality
of CNC Mills in the machine shop. The machinist will handle work
orders and blueprints, set up tooling, adjust speed and feeds in
GibbsCAM programs, and run both short and long production runs of
machine parts and firearms manufacturing. Compliance with ISO
standards through quality inspections and documentation is
expected. Responsibilities Perform setup and program adjustments
for CNC Mills. Operate and monitor CNC Mills and Lathes. Conduct
quality inspections and document all parts in compliance with ISO
standards. Run short and long production runs of machine parts and
firearms. Adjust speeds and feeds in GibbsCAM programs. Conduct
machine setups ranging from 1 to 5 or even 6 daily, depending on
the product being manufactured. Essential Skills 5 years of
experience with CNC Mill setup. Ability to adjust programs and make
edits in CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred but training available
for other CAM software). Experience with computer-based
documentation of the quality inspection process. Experience with
tolerances of /- .001. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC Machinist, CNC Setup, CNC Mill, CNC Lathe.
Proficiency in CNC Mill Operation and program adjustments.

climate-controlled machine shop. The environment includes 19
employees in the machine shop with a total of 99 employees in the
company, which is growing. The second and third shifts will start
with a skeleton crew but will expand due to new firearm
manufacturing projects. The shift options include a 1st shift from
Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm with flexible start times and the
option to choose 4 ten-hour days. The 2nd shift runs from 3 pm to
11 pm. The shop is equipped with a variety of machines, including
Doosan Lathe, Doosan Mill, Large Doosan Boring Mill, VTech Vertical
Mill, Nakamura-Tome Turning Center Mill (9 axis), and Robodrill 5
Axis Mill. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based
out of Hanover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
position is $56160.00 - $72800.00/yr. Full medical, dental, vision,
