Your OpportunityThe Cyberbehavior Phishing & Training Engineer
is a behavior and change management expert with deep experience in
supporting the development and implementation of a
cybersecurity-aware culture for transformation in people. Through
planning and executing global and local phishing simulations,
combined with follow-up communications and trainings, the
Cyberbehavior Phishing & Training Engineer directly impacts the
overall security posture of Smithfield Foods by focusing on one of
the most critical elements of our security portfolio-the people.
This includes technical writing, content creation, asset
development and communications related to all cybersecurity
phishing and training efforts. Salary Range $85,500 - $127,050 Core
Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing education and training program in partnership
with third-party providers
Manage all aspects of simulated phishing program including, but not
limited to:
scheduling phishing simulations
providing CSV files and other necessary details to vendor
partner
assist in writing and distributing internal communications related
to upcoming simulations in a timely manner
gathering summary reports from vendor in a timely manner
reviewing summary reports for actionable insights and determine
strategic adjustments to constantly improve the program and
strengthen staff resilience to cybercrime
Assist with development and implementation of training modules
Assist with management of virtual cyber assistant platform(s);
review summary reports for actionable insights and determine
strategic adjustments for team members
Work with learning management system admins to deploy training
modules in a timely manner
Support establishment of enterprise Cybersecurity Ambassador
Program; develop materials, refresh and expand them as needed;
collaborate with Ambassadors and provide ongoing support of their
efforts
Support planning and implementation of October Cybersecurity
Awareness Month events/presentations
Support Sr Manager of Cyberbehavior Management in developing and
implementing Cyberbehavior Management strategy and program
elements, which applies change management and adult learning
methods to drive cyber aware behaviors and best practices
Support crisis communications efforts as needed

perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or
university in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
and 5 years of relevant experience in behavior management,
training, technical and/or creative writing, or human change
management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
required.
CISSP, CISM, CSAP or equivalent is desired.
Previous IT and/or information security support experience is
preferred.
Previous experience with developing and instructing training
development tools or ambassador programs is preferred.
U nderstanding and working experience in Social Cognitive Theory
(SCT) and its application to modern business and technology.
Adequate knowledge of IT implementations that enable appropriate
support of related communications with consideration of how the
implementation will affect staff.
Experience working in a multinational company with complex
integrated environments.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written
communication skills.
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
organization, including the explanation of complex security-related
concepts into clear, and concise (layman 's)
Proactive and responsive with strong critical thinking skills and
attention to detail .
Committed to continuous education and promoting cyberbehavior
management efforts, both internally and externally .
Ability to work well with others in a fast - paced, dynamic
environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented, while
building strong working relationships with a positive work
ethic.
Work Environment
Occasionally required to work in wet or humid conditions
(non-weather); work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne
particles.
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Although most of the work will be performed in an office
environment, must be able to visit and work in a plant, warehouse,
distribution center or other manufacturing facility.
