A specialized role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is available within a K-12 educational setting serving students with autism. This position focuses on supporting autistic students across five classrooms for grades K-6 in an elementary school environment. The role is aligned with the 2025/2026 school year calendar and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. Key Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Proven experience working with autistic students in a school setting. Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies pertinent to educational environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams. Location: Hanover, PA (within a public school district). Responsibilities: Oversee behavior support services for autistic students in five classrooms. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection. Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques. Collaborate with school teams to ensure compliance with educational standards and improve student outcomes.
