Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential support
within an elementary school setting located in the Virginia Beach
area. The contract runs from January 5, 2026, through June 16,
2026, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time
candidates. The role requires working closely with students,
families, and school staff during the regular school day from 8:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: - Administer psychological
evaluations and assessments for elementary-aged students -
Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD),
reevaluation, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored
educational plans - Maintain accurate records and documentation in
compliance with state guidelines Qualifications and Experience: -
State licensure as a School Psychologist is required - Active
Department of Education certification for the state - Open to new
graduates as well as experienced candidates - Strong communication
and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Additional
Information: - Assignments may vary across multiple schools within
the district - Caseload and specific school assignments will be
determined upon placement - Candidates must be available for
in-person work; hybrid or remote options are not available This is
