Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a
Principal Military Trainer - Ballistic Missile Defense SME to join
our growing team of diverse professionals in Suffolk, Virginia. The
selected candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Integrated Missile Defense
(IMD). And will support organization objectives independently and
as part of a team to identify training requirements, author inputs
to exercise control documents and operation orders, participate in
Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) activities, and serve as a member
of the white cell.Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $69,300 USD - $103,900 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman

and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
