Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. Im married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do. Were deeply involved in the community, sponsoring multiple events throughout the year, including a 5K race, a golf tournament, and a 10K race. Personally, I also volunteer at a homeless shelter every Christmas Eve and Christmas Day giving back is something that truly matters to me. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
