detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Richmond, Virginia. In this long-term contract position, you will
play a vital role in supporting daily operations by providing
clerical assistance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective
communication. Responsibilities: • Handle sensitive client
information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. •
Provide support to caseworkers and other team members by managing
clerical duties and data entry tasks. • Coordinate with various
departments to facilitate the timely processing of client requests.
• Answer and manage inbound calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed
promptly and professionally. • Perform receptionist duties,
including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office
environment. • Assist in organizing and maintaining administrative
records and documentation. • Ensure timely and accurate completion
of assigned administrative tasks. • Collaborate with team members
to improve workflow and operational efficiency. • Uphold high
standards of customer service in all interactions. • Minimum of 2
years of experience in administrative support or a related field. •
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling
sensitive information. • Excellent organizational skills and
attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. • Experience with data entry and clerical tasks in a
detail-oriented environment. • Ability to manage multiple
responsibilities and prioritize effectively. • Skilled in answering
inbound calls and performing receptionist duties.
