Foods Commodities Coordinator is responsible for several integral
support functions for the Risk Management, Commodities Pricing, and
Hedging Analysis functions. This individual will aggregate, refine,
and input key data for the Commodities team that empowers the group
to have better, more efficient information readily available.
Success in this role will be defined as evolving the tactical,
daily support activities that drives this department to the next
level!Salary Range:$33,000 - $55,500Core Responsibilities:
- Works semi-independently on a variety of processes and data
preparation related to the Commodities and Hedging.
- Supports all levels of the commodities department through
administrative support and tactical reporting. This will require
professional flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
- Prepares reports, gathers, summarizes, and analyzes data;
organizes, inputs, and maintains critical information, refining
them for effective communication to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manages and maintains an accurate and detailed
calendar of activities, deliverables, and obligations in service of
coordination and efficiency within the department.
- Communicates concerns, inconsistencies, opportunities, or
questions to appropriate stakeholders should they arise.
- Accountable for various daily, weekly, and monthly processes as

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2+
years related experience and/or training, required.
- Experience providing support to leadership in a large
multi-national company, preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office: EXCEL, PowerPoint,
Outlook.
- Ability to input data accurately and efficiently and must.
- Detail oriented, organized with ability to successfully
multi-task and think differently to drive innovative ideas.
- Positive, tenacious attitude; strong verbal and written
communication, and project management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and preference for
collaboration with proven success working with others.
- Discretion, good judgment ability, adaptable and versatile
individual.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic
environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while
building strong working relationships and a positive work
