Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paint and coatings
industry, is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a driven and
charismatic individual to join our Summer 2026 Management and Sales
Internship program. This dynamic position is designed to provide a
hands-on learning experience in managing sales operations and
developing business strategies within the paints and coatings
sector. The intern will gain practical insights into the
complexities of market analysis, customer engagement, product
presentation, and sales tactics, along with an understanding of
managerial processes that drive industry success. Assist in
developing and implementing sales strategies to meet departmental
goals. Participate in market research to identify new opportunities
and customer needs. Support the sales team by preparing
presentations and sales displays. Attend team meetings and
contribute to project planning and management discussions. Learn
about product features and benefits to effectively communicate with
clients and customers. Assist with the maintenance of client and
prospective customer databases. Shadow sales managers and other
sales support team members to learn and apply effective sales
techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability
to analyze data and market trends Competence in MS Office and sales
management software Understanding of sales and marketing principles
Effective presentation and negotiation skills Medical Insurance
