assists in identifying and implementing savings initiatives across
a broad spectrum of the business. Responsible for identifying
savings associated with wasteful practices related to various
processes within the plants. Provides advisement and
recommendations to management personnel to influence change and
implement process improvement. The ideal candidatewill frequently
interact with our business and leadership teams regarding key

identifying and implementing cost savings through initiatives that
have an impact across the entire business.Aid in data collection
and analysis for process mapping.Give input to problem-solving
efforts on selected projects.Use continuous improvement tools to
support corporate business decisions.Conducts root cause analysis
to determine metrics and troubleshoot business and operational
issues.Works with the Transformation Department leadership to
analyze and provide recommendations on business process
improvements, and implement enhancements to existing work methods,
flows, and transactional processes to improve current
capabilities.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on key
performance indicators, cost reduction goals and results.Develops
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for methods and
processes.Support Corporate Continuous Improvement initiativeThe

accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent

currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation
by end of current school year as qualifiedBasic knowledge of
Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.Knowledge
of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of
Excel.Solid analytical skills.Excellent written and oral
communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical
reasoning, and adaptability.Ability to adjust communication style
based upon varying levels of audiences you will
encounter.Demonstrated planning, organization, and execution
skills.Strong interpersonal and technical skills.Ability to work
well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.Ability to be
respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong
working relationships and a positive work environment.Up to 20%
travel required.--Work Environment & Physical Demands ----The
majority of the time is spent in an office setting outside of the
production plant. The plant environment will include wet or humid
conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat
(non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts,
exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.Noise level
in the work environment is usually moderate.Frequently required to
sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.Specific vision
abilities required include close vision, distance, vision, color
